Rates are as follows:

$210.00 per night for 8 persons. Add $9.00 per night for each additional person over 24 months of age up to 15 persons total.
7 day rentals only. Check in on Saturday by 3pm and depart the following Saturday by 10 am.
Pre-payment to hold reservation - $500.00 – due when reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy – Pre-payment will be refunded less a $30 service charge IF cancellation is made 45 days
prior to arrival date AND if your reservation is filled. No exceptions. No refunds for early departures.
No refunds on pre-payment for medical reasons, including death.

Covered docks with electric & lights – slips are available and must be pre-booked. $10.00 per day.

Double Wide Concrete Launch for boats.
Bait, Tackle & Fishing Licenses available at Lazy Lee’s Front Desk.
Cable TV
Gas Grill located outside on back patio off kitchen area.
Sharky’s Pizza is right next door. Available six days a week Memorial Day thru Labor Day.
